The Operational Performance Diagnostic is a 30–45-day consulting engagement. It is not an automated web assessment, benchmark product, or SaaS platform. A shorter 10–15 business-day rapid option is available only for tightly bounded situations.

The diagnostic goes directly into plant-floor and leadership realities: work-in-progress bloat, line bottlenecks, scrap excursions, schedule variance, and management operating cadence. It establishes an empirical performance baseline across finance, operations, quality, delivery, and supply chain rather than relying on self-reported survey data.

Findings are converted into an executive hypothesis, constraint analysis, value bridge, and an actionable 30/60/90-day stabilization plan. The engagement delivers standalone decision clarity and higher-level leverage on whether a full transformation is warranted, regardless of whether JPSE is retained for downstream execution.
